Highlights of the last session of the Illinois General Assembly include death benefit increases; changes to interest calculations for SERS employees; an IMRF "omnibus" pension bill; convening of a certified nurse assistant curriculum task force; creation of a certified audit pilot program (CAP); an "abuse" registry for mental health workers; and the creation of a DCFS direct child welfare service employee license board.more
