Best sales agencies for Park Central and Villa by the Park announced

On behalf of the developers of Park Central and Villa by the Park, Eric Chow, General Manager of the Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency, and Alfred So, Executive Director of SUNeVision, awarded prizes to the winning property agencies. The 'Best Seller of Park Central' was Ricacorp Properties and prize for 'Best Sales Pitch for Villa by the Park' went to Midland Realty. Ricacorp picked up a HK$500,000 bonus, while Midland received 10% of the total sales commission as bonus. The developers were so happy with the performance of all the property agencies, so they gave out two new prizes for 'Good Sales Performance for Park Central'. The winning agencies were Midland Realty and Fortune Realty, in recognition of the good job they did in selling Park Central.

Victor Cheung, Executive Director of Midland Realty, Barry Law, Deputy Chairman & Executive Director of Ricacorp, and James Tin, Managing Director of Fortune Realty, attended the presentation ceremony, to receive honours from the developers. Park Central is a joint development by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP), Henderson Land, the Chinachem Group and Nan Fung Development, while Villa by the Park is being developed solely by SHKP.

Eric Chow said, "We received a good response from buyers since the launch of Park Central and Villa by the Park, and sales have been most satisfactory. The premium location and good quality of the two developments are the key factors making the results so impressive, but the professional services provided by diligent property agents also contributed to the fine results. In order to reward these efforts, we presented four prizes to the best agencies at selling Park Central and Villa by the Park."
