ProCash PLUS Cash Management Program
The ProCash Plus allows you to enjoy the convenience of having your investment, check writing, and MasterCard debit card facilities organized into one comprehensive easy to read statement. The program allows you to choose between two account types - Gold and Platinum.
The Gold Account provides you with:
- Accounting to keep informed on the status of realized and unrealized gains and losses in your portfolio.
- Unlimited Check writing.
- Expense Tracking - provides you with a year end statement that sorts all your checks by type of account.
- Additional Borrowing Power - Checks or MasterCard purchases that exceed your cash or money market fund balances are covered by an automatic loan facility.
- A MasterCard Debit Card – provides you access to your money at Cirrus or MasterCard ATM locations around the world.
To open a "Gold" account, please call our office for an application. A "Gold" account must have a minimum $10,000 value and maintain a minimum $5,000 value.
A Platinum Account will provide you with all the before mentioned Gold Account features, plus:
- A 1% cash bonus at the end of the year based upon your total MasterCard purchases for the year.
- 24-hour Customer Support - you can call MasterCard at any time for prompt answers to your questions regarding your check writing or MasterCard privilages, as well as Cirrus or MasterCard ATM locations around the world.
- A Low Price Guarantee - This provides you with a guarantee that if you purchase a retail item and subsequently find that item priced at a lower cost within 60 days of the original purchase, ProCash Plus will refund you the difference in price up to $250.
- To open a "Platinum" account, please contact our offices for an application. Please note that the "Platinum" account must be opened with minimum $10,000 value in the account.

There is a $75 annual membership fee for the Gold Account and a $125 membership for the Platinum Account.
Please refer to a ProCash Plus account form and money market prospectus for
more details. In accordance, an investment in the money market fund used in
the ProCash Plus account is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Although the Fund
seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible
to lose money investing in the Fund. Please read the prospectus carefully
before sending money. In addition, an individual bank may charge a terminal
usage fee in the case of ATM transaction.

MONEY MARKET ACCOUNTS |

In order to improve the efficiency of your cash management, all cash over $1,000 awaiting reinvestment in your account will earn interest at competitive money market rates. In addition, credit balances can be swept into an Alliance offshore money market account.
