- securities data corp: the
primary provider of industrial-strength historical ipo information. its
data base provides the information in the majority of comprehensive studies
of the ipo market. has mediocre www site, but nice tables on "biggest" ipos
within most recent month. almost exclusively subscriber based.
- ipo monitor: provider of much useful ipo information for subscribers,
and kind enough to provide the "breaking ipo news" content on our own page.
- 123jump.com: provider of much useful ipo information for subscribers,
and kind enough to provide the "ipo market in review" and "ipo market calendar" content on our own page.
- both altavista and
yahoo-finance-ipos have
substantially improved their ipo related information.
- free recent and upcoming ipos, with extra information: lycos' ipo
- ipoguys.com is building an
educational web site. (right now, they are primarily selling a book.)
- the free nasdaq ipo calendar for upcoming ipos.
- finally, some unique information: ipolockup.com is a calendar of when insiders
are allowed to sell their shares. highly recommended. if you want to know why,

- ipodata.com: useful information. history of ipos since 1994. primarily subscriber based.
- ipo central: useful information. primarily subscriber based.
- dollarstation has some nice ipo specific information.
- going public: the (howard) ipo reporter: email only. exclusively subscriber based.
