Thank you for your support of my U.S. Senate campaign.     Because of dedicated supporters like you, we won a resounding victory for South Carolina, President Bush and the conservative cause.  Tuesday’s win was a team effort that I could not have accomplished without your time, effort and financial support.   For the first time in my life, Strom Thurmond will no longer be our U.S. Senator.  I will do my best to continue the conservative legacy of Senator Thurmond and to support President Bush.
