CONTRIBUTE! It is now clear we must raise money to fund the recount effort in Florida. Governor Bush won the vote on Election Day, a victory confirmed by a recount. Now, the other side is seeking yet a third count by hand. There is a reason why ballots are counted by computer and not by hand. The expense of the recount effort must be funded immediately. Click here to find out how you can help George W. Bush & Dick Cheney.

Automatic Recount Expected to Confirm Bush Lead |
'The vote count from Tuesday's election in Florida shows that Governor Bush and Secretary Cheney won the state of Florida, giving them enough electoral college votes to become the President-elect and Vice President-elect of the United States. We expect the automatic recount that is now underway in Florida will confirm these results. We also expect that once this recount is complete, the Vice President will respect the will of the people of Florida.' -- Karen Hughes, Campaign Communications Director, Wednesday Afternoon
THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!
'Governor Bush and Secretary Cheney asked me to thank you for all your terrific support and hard work. We hope and believe we have elected the next president of the United States. The latest vote count in the state of Florida shows Governor Bush winning that state by more than 1,200 votes. They are still counting and I am confident when it is all said and done we will prevail. Thank you again for all your hard work and all your effort. We look forward to a great celebration. God bless.'--Don Evans, Campaign Chairman, Bush-Cheney 2000
